What data does CrunchSheet collect?
The calculators run entirely in your browser. Your inputs aren't sent to any server. When you share a URL, the calculator state is in the query string, which stays between you and whoever you send it to.
Cookies and analytics
If you accept cookies, CrunchSheet uses Google Analytics to understand which calculators people use and how they find the site. Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish between visitors. You can read Google's privacy policy for full details on what they collect.
If you decline cookies, no analytics scripts are loaded and no cookies are set. The site works exactly the same either way.
Advertising
CrunchSheet shows ads through Google AdSense. AdSense may use cookies to show relevant ads based on your browsing activity. These cookies are only set if you accept cookies through the consent banner. You can opt out of personalised ads at Google's ad settings.
Local storage
CrunchSheet stores two preferences in your browser's local storage: your colour theme (light or dark) and your cookie consent choice. Neither of these is sent to any server.
Changes to this policy
If anything changes, this page gets updated. There's no mailing list to subscribe to, so check back if you're curious.
